Rollero Casino N.V. holds license OGL/2013/7218/899 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, and that license obliges us to know the origin of funds that pass through a player's account. The request is routine and applies across the board. It is not a suspicion aimed at you.

My name changed since I signed up — what now?+

Send the proof of identity that shows the new name, plus proof of address dated after the change. Our verification team matches the two, then updates the profile. Nothing else in your account needs rebuilding.

When do I have to verify — before my first payout?+

The licence requires it at the latest before the first withdrawal, so the payout cannot leave until the check closes. It may also come earlier, at registration or on the first deposit.

Can I take the photos on my phone instead?+

Yes — a phone camera works when the full page is in shot and the text stays sharp. Upload the same three documents you would scan, one at a time.

How long does verification take once I send everything?+

Most checks close inside 36 hours of the last file arriving. A blurry upload or a name mismatch pushes it back, so send clear copies in one go.

Will I have to send the same documents again later?+

No — once the set is approved it stays on file and covers your later payouts. A fresh copy is only asked when a document expires, your details change, or a routine source of funds review needs it.

A file of mine got refused — what should I do?+

Open the note that came with the refusal and match the fix it names, usually a crop or a date the page does not show. Send the corrected copy to [email protected] with your account email in the message.
